- 8Conduct interviews, support staffing needs, and help retain great team members
- 9Create a positive, professional, and high-energy work environment
- 10Drive sales growth and restaurant profitability

Requirements11
- 1Previous restaurant management experience required
- 2Quick-service or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
- 3Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- 4Ability to manage labor, inventory, food cost, and daily operations
- 5Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and financial reconciliation
- 6Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- 7Ability to analyze performance and take action to improve results
- 8Dependent, organized, professional, and results-focused
- 9Flexible availability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and closing shifts
- 10ServSafe certification preferred
