What You'll Do9
- 1Lead all aspects of venue operations sales food & beverage facilities and team development
- 2Own and manage financial performance including revenue profitability and labor management
- 3Build coach and develop high-performing teams across sales operations culinary and event staff
- 4Create a culture of accountability hospitality and teamwork
- 5Deliver exceptional experiences for clients guests and team members
- 6Recruit interview hire and train future leaders
- 7Ensure operational excellence facility upkeep and adherence to company standards
- 8Partner with corporate leadership to drive business growth and continuous improvement
- 9Represent the company within the local community and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements9
- 12+ years of leadership experience in hospitality events food & beverage or similar service-focused industries
- 2Proven success leading teams and driving business results
- 3Strong coaching communication and people-development skills
- 4Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- 5Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- 6Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 7Comfortable making decisions solving problems and holding teams accountable
- 8Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 9Experience managing budgets labor sales goals or P&L performance is highly preferred
