What You'll Do10

- 2Set the standard by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and holding your crew to the same.
- 3Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet store labor needs and maintain a Perfect Image.
- 4Manage food inventory: order stock, rotate product, and keep the walk-in organized and safe.
- 5Reconcile cash drawers and deposits daily, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- 6Drive store profitability through marketing execution and local store promotions.
- 7Ensure store cleanliness and equipment maintenance, including daily cleaning tasks.
- 8Process phone and in-person orders accurately, using the POS system and handling transactions.
- 9Prepare food products to Domino's specifications, meeting strict quality standards.
- 10Complete all paperwork: inventory counts, shift reports, and employee time records.
Requirements9
- 11+ years in restaurant or retail management, ideally quick-service.
- 2Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately for cash handling and inventory.
- 3Ability to operate all kitchen equipment, including ovens up to 500 degrees and sharp tools.
- 4Comfort with varying temperatures: from 36-degree coolers to 90+ degree work areas.
- 5Physical stamina: stand, walk, lift, push, bend for full shifts; lift up to 50 pounds.
- 6Verbal and written communication skills to order, train, and resolve customer issues.
- 7Basic computer proficiency for POS entry and inventory tracking.
- 8Reliable transportation to the store at 1200 W Broad St, Orlando.
- 9Must pass background check and comply with Domino's uniform and safety standards.
