  • 6Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and food safety protocols, conducting regular audits.
  • 7Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction scores and repeat business.
  • 8Communicate daily with the district manager on store performance, staffing needs, and operational issues.

Requirements8

  • 12+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in pizza or quick-service.
  • 2Proven track record of hiring and developing hourly team members, with 95%+ retention in first year.
  • 3Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Pulse or Micros), including order entry and cash reconciliation.
  • 4Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • 5Current Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within 30 days (must be ServSafe certified).
  • 6Solid math skills for inventory counts, food cost calculations, and labor forecasting.
  • 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team coaching and customer interactions.
  • 8High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business a plus.
