Overview
You will run a high-volume Domino's Pizza store in La Crescenta, leading a team of 15-25 crew members and shift leads. What You'll Do8
- 1Build and lead a team of 15-25 crew members, setting daily goals and coaching each person to deliver fast, accurate service.
- 2Own the store's P&L, managing food cost, labor, and cash to hit budget targets within the first 90 days.
- 3Train every new hire on Domino's systems and safety standards, using Pulse POS and Inventory tools to track progress.
- 4Drive order accuracy and speed during peak hours, adjusting deployment and coaching on the fly.
- 5Resolve customer issues on the spot, using Domino's service recovery guidelines to turn complaints into loyalty.
- 6Run weekly inventory counts, order supplies, and control waste using Demand Forecasting tools.
- 7Coach shift leaders to handle rushes and resolve conflicts, reducing turnover through Growth Un-Limited training.
- 8Implement local marketing tactics with the Domino's brand team to boost delivery and carryout sales.
Requirements6
- 12+ years as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in QSR or pizza delivery restaurant, with Domino's experience a plus.
- 2Proven track record of hitting food cost and labor targets, as shown by P&L statements.
- 3Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and stand for 8+ hours.
- 4Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office for scheduling and reporting.
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for bank runs and supply pickups.
- 6High school diploma or GED; ServSafe certification preferred.
