Overview
You own the entire store operation at a high-volume Domino's Pizza franchise in Los Angeles, overseeing a team of 10-20 crew members and drivers. You control all cost, cash, and inventory metrics while driving sales and customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the Area Supervisor and leads a tight-knit team of assistant managers and shift leaders. 5+ years of quick-service restaurant management experience is required, plus a proven record of developing people and hitting targets. You will have full P&L accountability and the autonomy to run the store like your own business.
What You'll Do9
- 1Drive daily sales and profit targets, managing food, labor, and cash against budget
- 2Hire, train, and schedule a crew of 10-15, ensuring proper staffing for each shift
- 3Enforce all Domino's policies and procedures, including food safety and quality standards
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, from the makeline to the walk-in cooler
- 5Audit inventory weekly, using the Pulse POS system to track usage and waste
- 6Resolve customer issues on the spot, turning complaints into repeat business
- 7Coach assistant managers and shift leaders, preparing them for promotion
- 8Complete daily paperwork and cash reconciliation, following corporate guidelines
- 9Coordinate with the franchise owner on marketing initiatives and community outreach
Requirements8
- 12+ years managing a quick-service or retail team, with profit and loss responsibility
- 2Fluent in English, with strong math skills for cash handling and inventory counts
- 3Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for bank runs and food pickups
- 5Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 6High school diploma or GED, some college preferred
- 7Clean background check and drug screen
- 8Previous experience with Domino's or Pizza Hut is a plus
