Overview
You will build and deploy AI assistants and agents for enterprise workflows. You will own the design and delivery of Agentic AI solutions that integrate with existing systems. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and deploy AI assistants and agents using Generative AI frameworks.
- 2Design and develop enterprise integrations and automation workflows that leverage Agentic AI.
- 3Implement knowledge retrieval systems using RAG and MCP for context-aware responses.
- 4Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model output quality.
- 5Ship production-ready code within 90 days, collaborating with product and design teams.
- 6Debug and optimize agent behavior, ensuring reliability and performance in Python and LangChain.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of experience in software development with focus on AI or ML.
- 2Proven experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude) and their APIs.
- 3Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems with frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
- 4Strong understanding of RAG architecture and MCP protocol for tool integration.
- 52+ years of experience with Python and API development.
- 6Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying AI services.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO for the 6-month contract duration.
Salary Insight
$70 - $75k per year
