Agentic AI Engineer, Generative AI & Machine Learning
Overview
You will own the design and deployment of Agentic AI systems and Generative AI models at Source Code Technologies in Chicago. You will join a team of 5+ engineers building production-grade ML pipelines, working across the full lifecycle from data to deployment. Your work will directly impact enterprise clients, requiring you to migrate existing applications and develop new AI solutions.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and build Agentic AI workflows that automate complex decision-making processes.
- 2Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models using PyTorch and LangChain for production.
- 3Migrate legacy Machine Learning pipelines to modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- 4Implement RAG systems with vector databases to enhance model accuracy.
- 5Debug and optimize model inference using Docker and Kubernetes for scalability.
- 6Drive data preprocessing and feature engineering for large-scale datasets.
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship AI features from prototype to production.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience in AI and Machine Learning engineering.
- 2Proven track record with Generative AI and LLM frameworks, including LangChain.
- 3Strong programming skills in Python and experience with FastAPI.
- 4Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker for model deployment.
- 5Ability to work onsite in Chicago 5 days per week for a 6-month+ contract.
- 6Background in migrating existing applications and building new AI solutions.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
