Overview
You will own the build-out of intelligent applications that use Agentic AI to transform business workflows for a Phoenix-based enterprise. You will lead a small team of engineers, set technical direction, and ship production-ready systems. Your stack centers on Python, React, and AWS, with LangChain for orchestration. Your work directly shapes autonomous agents and RAG pipelines that solve real operational problems.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement Agentic AI systems using Python and LangChain, delivering autonomous decision-making within the first 90 days.
- 2Build full-stack features with React and Node.js, integrating AI endpoints into responsive web interfaces.
- 3Own the lifecycle of RAG pipelines, from data ingestion to retrieval, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- 4Deploy and monitor services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, cutting infrastructure cost by 20%.
- 5Drive code reviews and set engineering standards, raising the bar for design patterns and test coverage.
- 6Collaborate with product and data teams to define AI use cases, then prototype and productionize them.
- 7Debug and tune performance of AI models and APIs, reducing response times by 30%.
- 8Mentor junior developers, sharing Python best practices and AI/ML fundamentals.
Requirements7
- 15+ years building production web applications with Python and React
- 22+ years hands-on with Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen
- 3Strong background in RAG systems: embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies
- 4Experience deploying on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes
- 5Proven ability to lead technical projects and take ownership of deliverables
- 6Solid understanding of modern front-end tooling: Vite, TypeScript, and Redux
- 7Experience integrating third-party AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
