Overview

Own the end-to-end loan process for small business owners, guiding them from initial documentation through closing while negotiating with lenders to secure optimal financing. You will work with SBA, franchise, and commercial lending products at BoeFly, a fintech platform serving 600+ brands like Dunkin' and Smoothie King. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine processes and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role combines analytical rigor with relationship-building, offering a direct impact on business growth across the nation.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Manage the full loan lifecycle, guiding borrowers from introduction to closing while resolving issues promptly.
  • 2Collect and evaluate loan documentation for accuracy and compliance, tailoring solutions to each client's needs.
  • 3Conduct credit analysis and educate clients on loan products and lending processes using Excel and CRM tools.
  • 4Act as the primary liaison between clients and lenders, negotiating and securing optimal financing terms.
  • 5Build trust with clients, lenders, and partners through transparent communication and consistent follow-through.
  • 6Maintain accurate and confidential account records, ensuring data integrity in the CRM system.
  • 7Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • 8Provide exceptional service by anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions throughout the funding journey.

Requirements8

  • 11-2 years of experience in SBA lending, banking, equipment leasing, or merchant cash advances.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 3Strong analytical skills with expertise in reviewing financial statements and cash flow analysis.
  • 4Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
  • 5Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • 6Proven ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • 7Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • 8Knowledge of franchise financing and SBA loan programs is a plus.
