What You'll Do10
- 1Wash dishes glasses pots and pans by hand or via commercial dish washer
- 2Quickly and safely polishing a wide variety of glassware
- 3Dry and polish all serviceware glassware and flatware
- 4Maintain restrooms in service guest and staff areas
- 5Break down stations at the end of service
- 6Report any maintenance deficiencies to appropriate resources
- 7Sweep and mop floors vacuum carpets
- 8Remove garbage and waste to compactors or recycling bins
- 9Maintain general cleanliness of dining rooms kitchens restrooms and outside areas
- 10Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements7
- 11 or more year experience of dishwashing or comparable position
- 2Ability to operate dish machines cleaning tools and other required equipment safely
- 3Ability to follow instructions anticipate needs and multitask
- 4Work independently or within a team environment
- 5Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- 6Must be able to move pull or lift at least 35 pounds
- 7Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
