What You'll Do10
- 1Own the full-cycle client management process from initial engagement to year-end close
- 2Prepare comprehensive financial statements following GAAP requirements
- 3Conduct monthly variance analysis and develop executive summaries for client presentations
- 4Perform precise bank and credit card reconciliations with timely resolution
- 5Design and implement process optimizations using automation tools and ERP systems
- 6Lead intercompany reconciliations and consolidation for multi-entity clients
- 7Collaborate with tax teams to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- 8Mentor junior accountants and provide technical guidance on financial procedures
- 9Facilitate client relationship development through proactive communication and advisory services
- 10Drive continuous improvement in financial close methodologies and reporting practices
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in public accounting firms
- 23-5 seasons of professional accounting practice
- 3Technical proficiency in bookkeeping and journal entry preparation
- 4Expertise in bank reconciliations and financial close procedures
- 5Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles
- 6Analytical mindset for identifying financial discrepancies and recommending solutions
