The role owns end-to-end coordination of full-arch dental products from design through finishing at a lab setting serving doctors and labs. You will act as the bridge between dental professionals, the internal lab team, and patients to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction. What You'll Do5

  • 1Build case tracking workflows across Exocad Design, milling, and finishing to meet deadlines and quality standards with Magic Touch and lab systems
  • 2Design and maintain clear status reports for all full-arch cases, enabling proactive bottleneck resolution
  • 3Lead onboarding for dentists and oral surgeons into the lab portal, delivering technical support and training for optimal usage
  • 4Own internal case coordination across departments to ensure smooth progression from design to delivery and timely escalation when issues arise
  • 5Drive constant communication with doctors and dental office staff to update case statuses and provide guidance on next steps

Requirements6

  • 1Experience with digital workflow in dentistry, including ALL-ON-X full-arch processes and intraoral scans
  • 2Proficiency in Magic Touch software and familiarity with Exocad workflows
  • 3Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional relationships with medical staff and lab technicians
