What You'll Do14
- 1Greet patients and visitors professionally creating a positive experience
- 2Answer and direct telephone calls assisting with patient inquiries
- 3Complete new patient registration entering demographic information into the EHR system
- 4Verify insurance coverage patient demographics and eligibility for accurate billing
- 5Conduct patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- 6Schedule confirm and manage patient appointments
- 7Collect co-payments and self-pay balances maintaining accurate financial records
- 8Document patient messages requests and concerns according to procedures
- 9Receive scan route and process incoming documentation and correspondence
- 10Assist with forms referrals medical records requests and other patient-related documentation
- 11Maintain efficient patient flow minimizing wait times
- 12Utilize Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record systems for data entry reporting and administrative tasks
- 13Ensure compliance with HIPAA OSHA and company policies
- 14Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in a healthcare front office or clerical role
- 3Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Creole preferred
- 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 6Experience processing payments and using credit card terminals preferred
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
- 8Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
- 9Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 10Ability to understand and utilize medical terminology
- 11Ability to build positive working relationships with patients providers and team members
