Working alongside servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, you tighten the feedback loop between the line and the floor during peak service. Own the bar at Dilworth Neighborhood Grille on weekends, serving up to 150 guests per shift with craft cocktails, wine, and spirits. Join a tight-knit hospitality team in Charlotte prioritizing guest connection. You'll blend mixology skill with POS accuracy to keep lines moving. You'll deliver 5-star service while handling high-volume shifts, taking orders, mixing drinks, and running a smooth floor. You'll join a tight-knit team that values speed, warmth, and precision.
