You own the guest journey at Penzone Salons, from first smile to final goodbye. You are the face of our Columbus, Ohio location, delivering a 5-star experience that turns first-timers into regulars. You will manage check-ins, craft specialty coffees and cocktails, and keep the salon pristine, all while earning $10 haircuts, $20 massages, and 40% off products. This role pairs front-desk efficiency with barista artistry in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Greet guests warmly, check them in and out for services, and process payments with POS accuracy.
- 2Prepare and serve specialty coffees, including lattes, espressos, and frappes, meeting quality standards.
- 3Mix and serve signature cocktails, wine, and mocktails for guests 21+, adhering to alcohol service laws.
- 4Stock shelves, fold towels, and load/unload the dishwasher to maintain spotless salon standards.
- 5Handle cash, balance drawers, and complete daily opening and closing tasks with attention to detail.
- 6Stay ahead of guest needs, offering proactive solutions and adapting to schedule changes with tech savvy.
- 7Assist with salon cleanliness, dusting, and organizing products to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of customer service or serving experience preferred.
- 221+ years old for alcohol service duties, but younger candidates may be considered.
- 3Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand, walk, squat, and bend for full shifts.
- 4Comfort with POS systems and adaptability to new software.
- 5Availability for 25+ hours per week, with part-time and full-time options.
