Barista - Coffee House & Customer Service
Overview
You will own the guest experience at a new coffee house near Ohio State University, crafting handcrafted beverages and food items with speed and care. You will work with a tight-knit team, keeping the café clean, stocked, and welcoming. This role offers training, so no prior coffee experience is required. You will grow customer-service skills while bringing positive energy to every shift. This is a chance to build a new team from the ground up.
What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare handcrafted beverages and food items for every guest.
- 2Deliver friendly, welcoming service at the register and counter.
- 3Learn beverage recipes and quality standards within the first 30 days.
- 4Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift.
- 5Operate the register, take orders, and handle transactions accurately.
- 6Restock products and supplies to maintain readiness for business.
- 7Follow food-safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- 8Support teammates during busy periods to keep service flowing.
- 9Create a welcoming environment that guests want to return to.
