Front Desk Administrator, Corporate Hospitality
Overview
You will own the front desk experience at a Boston corporate lobby, greeting executives and guests with a warm, professional presence. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, directing them to meetings and ensuring seamless check-in with security. You will support the Director of Conference Services and coordinate with other centers on visitor processing. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet every visitor with enthusiasm, maintaining eye contact and a smile throughout the interaction, and direct them to their appointments or meetings.
- 2Handle expected and unexpected arrivals following established procedures, coordinating with in-house security as appropriate.
- 3Answer telephones in a friendly, professional manner, take accurate messages, transfer calls, and appropriately handle or refer questions and requests.
- 4Use proper telephone techniques, putting a smile in your voice and using names to personalize each call.
- 5Register all guest activity in the visitor system and liaise with other centers on visitor processing.
- 6Support the Director of Conference Services to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
- 7Maintain a discreet, ethical, and confidential approach in all interactions.
- 8Take ownership and responsibility within and outside your job domain, demonstrating a consistently professional approach.
- 9Be punctual, dependable, and dedicated to operational excellence, down to the smallest detail.
Requirements6
- 12-3 years experience in a client service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment.
- 2High school graduate, with some college preferred.
- 3Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment.
