What You'll Do8
- 1Take and place orders, serve and garnish food and drinks with accuracy in your work area.
- 2Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures.
- 3Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front and back of house, clearing tables and counters, and sweeping the dining area without disturbing guests.
- 4Pack and complete orders per guest preference, including necessary condiments.
- 5Label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures.
- 6Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.
- 7Unload warehouse orders and stock designated storage, maintaining organization and replenishing products in workstations and counters.
- 8Resolve guest complaints within your authority, escalate to management, and notify supervisor or security of unusual events or alleged theft.
Requirements4
- 1High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 3Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 4One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant preferred.
