What You'll Do9
- 1Handle support and operations of Palantir software including monitoring and alerting configuration management and upgrades
- 2Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations to latest infrastructure types
- 3Debug improve and optimize Palantir services focusing on long term reliability and scalability
- 4Reduce manual operations and automate workflows processes and runbooks
- 5Provide technical troubleshooting support for production issues ensuring timely resolution
- 6Participate in on call schedule
- 7Develop novel solutions in Foundry and Apollo platforms
- 8Collaborate with forward deployed teams and product teams on systems design
- 9Share responsibility for diagnosing resolving and preventing production issues
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong coder with proficiency in Java Go Python JavaScript or similar languages
- 3Active US Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
- 4Confidence in troubleshooting complex systems independently using observability tools
- 5Ability to identify and automate highly manual tasks driving continuous improvement
- 6Proficiency with large scale production systems load balancing monitoring and configuration management
- 7Comfort with programming languages such as Java Go Python JavaScript or similar
- 8High level autonomy working in rapidly changing environments
- 9Excellent communication skills collaborating effectively in multi functional teams
