Overview
As a Senior Palantir Foundry Engineer, you will design and build data integration, analytics, and operational solutions at scale for federal clients. You will own the full lifecycle of Foundry-based solutions, from data pipelines to user-facing apps. You will collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted data products. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformations using Palantir Foundry and Apache Spark.
- 2Develop and maintain Ontology models, actions, and workflows supporting key operational use cases.
- 3Build user-facing applications with Foundry Workshop to deliver analytics and decision support.
- 4Integrate diverse data sources from AWS, Azure, APIs, and databases following secure patterns.
- 5Optimize Python and SQL code for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- 6Enforce data quality, validation, and governance practices to ensure trusted data assets.
- 7Support Agile development by participating in sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
- 8Document system diagrams and data flows to ensure maintainability and compliance.
Requirements9
- 14+ years developing solutions with Palantir Foundry including pipelines and applications.
- 2Experience building Foundry Workshop apps and operational interfaces.
- 3Proven ability to design Ontology models for operational workflows.
- 4Strong SQL and Python skills, particularly PySpark.
- 5Experience integrating structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- 6Knowledge of data quality, validation, and governance processes.
- 7Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- 8Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices.
- 9Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; active clearance preferred.
