What You'll Do11
- 1Embed with enterprise clients to architect real-time supply chain solutions
- 2Design optimization models using Python and SQL for mode mix planning
- 3Lead solution design across order management and transportation planning
- 4Drive executive strategy by translating data insights into business narratives
- 5Own end-to-end program workstreams from deployment to impact measurement
- 6Collaborate with FDEs to deploy automated workflows in live environments
- 7Measure financial and environmental impact through rigorous metric tracking
- 8Identify logistics loss root causes and create reusable playbooks
- 9Produce field insights that become permanent platform features
- 10Navigate ambiguous environments with self-starting initiative
- 11Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2BA/BS or higher in Industrial Engineering OR Operations Research
- 3Proficiency in Python SQL and data visualization tools
- 4Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
- 5Strong understanding of global freight forwarding and customs compliance
- 6Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure
