Supply Chain Expert | $60-$70/hr Remote
Overview
This is a remote, contract opportunity for senior supply chain professionals to shape how AI systems reason about Fortune 500 logistics and procurement. You'll design realistic enterprise scenarios, draft reference outputs, and create scoring rubrics that capture the judgment of experienced supply chain operators. The work draws on your hands-on experience with tools like SAP, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, and Kinaxis, and pays a competitive hourly rate of $60-$70.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build detailed supply chain scenarios covering large-scale demand forecasting, multi-tier supplier networks, and complex procurement and logistics cycles typical of Fortune 500 companies.
- 2Develop tasks across strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, distribution network design, supplier risk management, and sales & operations planning (S&OP).
- 3Incorporate enterprise platforms like SAP, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and TMS/WMS systems into the scenarios to reflect real-world F500 tech stacks.
- 4Apply methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma, network optimization modeling, and risk-adjusted sourcing strategies to create reference solutions and executive-level briefings.
- 5Write clear rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise supply chain decision-making from generic textbook answers.
Requirements4
- 1At least 5 years of hands-on supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience at a Fortune 500 company (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, UPS, P&G, Unilever) or within a major F500 operations team.
- 2Direct experience managing supplier relationships, distribution networks, or procurement programs at F500 scale.
- 3Strong working knowledge of enterprise supply chain tools and methodologies, including how real sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract review processes work.
- 4Experience creating rubrics, training materials, or operations documentation is a plus.
Who Should Apply
If you've spent years solving real-world supply chain problems at a Fortune 500 level and can explain the 'why' behind your decisions, this role is a great fit. You're comfortable documenting complex reasoning and enjoy helping AI systems learn from your expertise. Prior experience writing evaluation criteria or training content helps but isn't required.

Application Tip
Highlight a specific example of a complex supply chain decision you made — describe the tools, trade-offs, and how you evaluated success. Since this role involves creating evaluation tasks, showing how you think through problems is more persuasive than listing qualifications.
