What You'll Do15
- 1Complete company required or regulatory documents such as JHA Quality Inspection Sheet Daily Reports Daily Productions
- 2Supervise mentor and coach field employees regarding policies procedures and work requirements
- 3Direct work of assigned crew to meet daily schedule
- 4Understand production schedule and adjust daily work to meet schedule
- 5Perform daily forecast of crew cost and production rate and report to Superintendent as required
- 6On-site coordination of manpower materials and equipment
- 7Request material needed for scope of work
- 8Read understand and interpret plans and specifications checking work accordingly
- 9Maintain high level of safety and adherence to safety policies for field employees and subcontractors
- 10Present safety topics at meetings when required
- 11Ensure workers for each task are fully qualified to perform assigned duties
- 12Coordinate subcontractors onsite
- 13Maintain knowledge of Linkus company values and strategic plan
- 14Support published corporate policies
- 15Perform additional assignments per management direction
Requirements13
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Knowledge and strict adherence of OSHA rules
- 3Obtain OSHA 30
- 44+ years of experience in a construction leadership role directing the efforts of others
- 54+ years field experience
- 6Ability to read and interpret written work orders
- 7Knowledge of mechanical landscaping equipment
- 8Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- 9Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment
- 10Physical requirement ability to lift minimum 75 pounds without assistance
- 11Manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform manual responsibilities
- 12Work environment outside work exposed to variant weather conditions and muddy ground conditions
- 13Requires ability to work in sun heat dry dirty and dusty conditions
Salary Insight
$110 - $130k per year
