What You'll Do11
- 1Strategically schedule labor across multiple active projects determining crew assignments and timelines
- 2Monitor labor cost reports and address issues before they impact budgets
- 3Own project financials especially on large-scope jobs emphasizing cost discipline
- 4Be on job sites 3–4 days per week walking jobs to assess progress against cost and labor spend
- 5Catch and resolve installation quality issues early
- 6Set and track project milestones
- 7Oversee all foremen and their crews across the project portfolio
- 8Mentor foremen focusing on leadership beyond trade skills
- 9Build a culture of accountability and problem-solving
- 10Drive operational changes and see tangible results
- 11Leverage technology leadership principles to continuously improve operations
Requirements7
- 13+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent on commercial DFH or division 8 projects valued at $1M or more
- 2Proven ability to build labor schedules and hit milestones
- 3Comfortable using scheduling and reporting apps daily
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Union and non-union backgrounds welcome
- 6High-volume installation experience preferred
- 7Ability to manage complex builds such as high-end multifamily hospitals and other large projects
Salary Insight
$110 - $130k per year
