What You'll Do5
- 1Build and supervise installation crews to install fire sprinkler systems per project plans
- 2Coordinate with general contractors and trades on site to maintain schedule
- 3Train and mentor team members to raise skill levels and productivity
- 4Maintain accurate progress records including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage
- 5Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cultivate a safety-first crew culture
Requirements6
- 1Minimum of 5 years experience in fire sprinkler installation in a leadership role
- 2Extensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems installation techniques and components
- 3Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and achieve project goals
- 4Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- 5Valid driver license and clean DMV record for last 7 years
- 6CSA 2 Certification for On-Site Competent Person is a plus
