Fire Sprinkler Project Manager/Project Superintendent
Overview
Lead fire sprinkler installation across multifamily construction sites in Dallas Texas. Oversee crew management schedules and quality from concept to completion. Drive successful project outcomes through strategic coordination and execution.
What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise fire sprinkler installation crews on multiple job sites
- 2Coordinate manpower materials and equipment to meet project schedules
- 3Read and interpret construction drawings and sprinkler plans
- 4Coordinate with general contractors inspectors and other trades
- 5Ensure compliance with NFPA standards local codes and company safety policies
- 6Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews
- 7Track project progress and communicate updates to project management
- 8Assist with inspections testing and project closeout
- 9Coordinate and assist with delivery of materials tools and equipment to active job sites
- 10Transport and relocate company tools equipment and materials between projects
- 11Drive operational efficiency through proactive resource allocation
Requirements7
- 15+ years building fire sprinkler systems using Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading field teams in construction environments
- 3NFPA 13 certification or equivalent expertise
- 4Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area residency preferred
- 5Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Ability to work independently in fast paced settings
