What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and oversee multiple fire alarm installation projects and large field crews
- 2Coordinate daily field operations across multiple job sites to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- 3Supervise, mentor, and develop Lead Technicians, technicians, and apprentices to raise team performance
- 4Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation
- 5Perform installation, system testing, troubleshooting, and verification of fire alarm systems
- 6Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies
- 7Monitor project progress, workforce allocation, productivity, and quality across projects
- 8Maintain accurate documentation on project status and communications with stakeholders
- 9Travel to job sites as required
- 10Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to secure project success
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 29+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as a technician or above
- 35+ years in a supervisory role leading large crews and multiple projects
- 4Strong understanding of fire alarm systems installation practices and applicable codes
- 5NICET Level II or above preferred
- 6Clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required)
- 7Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in varied environments
- 8Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- 9Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
- 10Commitment to safety policies and company safety standards
