What You'll Do9

  • 1Manage and communicate manpower or material needs to project managers
  • 2Understand and follow phase codes cost codes specifications drawings and estimates
  • 3Ensure electrical installations conform to NEC and trade standards
  • 4Communicate with general contractors vendors customers and internal team members
  • 5Acquire and maintain licenses according to business needs
  • 6Partner with management to enhance employee development and performance management
  • 7Enforce safety protocols according to company policies and industry regulations
  • 8Comply with all DOT regulations and requirements for DOT/CDL drivers
  • 9Work in constant state of alertness maintaining safety standards

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent technical trade school certificate preferred
  • 2Five or more years experience as a commercial or industrial foreman
  • 3Valid driver's license required for frequent travel to job sites
  • 4Ability to navigate uneven terrain climb stairs ladders and work at heights
  • 5Physical stamina to stand walk bend kneel stoop crawl climb and balance
  • 6Capability to lift objects up to 80 pounds push and pull up to 100 pounds
  • 7Experience working in extreme cold heat humidity and other weather conditions
  • 8Exposure to moderate noise levels
