Lead field electrical work across North Georgia as Electrical Foreman for Forza Group, Inc. Based in Marietta with travel throughout the region. Seeking experienced professional to supervise crews and manage projects.
What You'll Do9
- 1Supervise electrical crews of up to 20 employees and coordinate subcontractors
- 2Oversee industrial electrical installations including conduit wiring panels switchgear equipment and controls
- 3Monitor job progress schedules labor materials and site logistics
- 4Interpret drawings specifications schematics and change directives
- 5Coordinate field activities with superintendent project manager general contractor and other trades
- 6Complete daily reports and monitor jobsite timekeeping
- 7Enforce safety requirements conduct daily inspections and JHAs ensure code compliance
- 8Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with company client and code requirements
- 9Mentor field employees and address performance concerns
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent electrical apprenticeship preferred
- 2At least five years of industrial electrical experience including controls
- 3At least one year of experience at Leadman level or above
- 4Ability to read industrial electrical and control drawings schematics and technical manuals
- 5Strong knowledge of electrical systems construction methods and NEC/NFPA requirements
- 6Proven leadership communication organization and problem solving skills
- 7Ability to work at heights in confined spaces and varying jobsite conditions
- 8OSHA 30 preferred
- 9Valid Georgia driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- 10Travel ability to jobsites throughout North Georgia
