Overview
You will keep kitchen areas and equipment spotless at Atrium Health Carolinas Rehab in Charlotte, NC. You will work with a team of 31,000 members, including 1,600 dietitians and 1,200 executive chefs, to uphold sanitation and safety standards. This role offers fixed pay of $18.85 per hour and vacation accrual starting day one. Experience in dishwashing is required for this full-time position with rotating weekends.
What You'll Do9
- 1Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- 2Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces daily.
- 3Remove trash and place it into designated containers for disposal.
- 4Steam clean or hose out garbage cans to maintain hygiene.
- 5Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- 6Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup for events.
- 7Load and unload supplies and product deliveries.
- 8Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- 9Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.

- 1Previous dishwashing experience required.
- 2Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long shifts.
- 3Open availability for full-time schedule, including rotating weekends.
- 4Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
