Folding & Imaging Mechanic
Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Set up and operate folding and imaging equipment including feeders counters glue systems and camera systems
- 2Perform routine tasks such as paper transport attaching components configuring glue applications and loading inkjet files
- 3Build and adjust inkjet and camera setups managing placement verification and file management
- 4Troubleshoot equipment issues conduct preventative maintenance and execute minor repairs when parts are available
- 5Collaborate with operators feeders and catchers to ensure proper loading production and packing
- 6Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards
- 7Monitor quality control systems respond to alerts and escalate issues
- 8Train team members on machine setup safety procedures and operational best practices
- 9Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 22+ years experience with folding and imaging equipment
- 3Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
- 4Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- 5Ability to stand walk for extended periods
- 6Comfortable lifting moving and handling production materials safely
Salary Insight
$46 - $73k per year
