What You'll Do11
- 1Counter Service & Order Execution: Ring in guest orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system; handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- 2Barista Service: Handcraft and prepare a full menu of specialty coffee tea and custom beverages to brand standards.
- 3Order Packaging: Package food and beverage orders securely and efficiently for travelers on the move.
- 4To-Go Coordination: Organize and manage incoming to-go mobile or delivery orders to ensure precision speed and minimal wait times.
- 5Guest Experience & Teamwork: Greet traveling guests warmly provide efficient service to accommodate tight flight schedules and ensure exceptional guest experience.
- 6Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with BOH staff and management to maintain product availability and smooth shift operations.
- 7Brand Advocacy: Follow all Olive & Finch service standards and proudly uphold our core brand values.
- 8Cleanliness & Stocking: Maintain a spotless organized and sanitary environment at registers espresso bar and service counters.
- 9Restocking: Keep grab-and-go cases pastry displays condiments cups and barista supplies fully stocked throughout the shift.
- 10Sanitation Protocols: Strictly adhere to all health safety and food sanitation procedures.
- 11Airport Badging: Successfully pass the required federal background screening and fingerprinting process mandated by Denver International Airport to secure an airport badge.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional hospitality teams
- 3Security Clearance: Must pass a federal background check and fingerprinting to obtain a Denver International Airport badge
- 4Previous restaurant barista or fast-casual hospitality experience preferred
- 5Strong guest service and communication skills
