The Barista will own coffee and espresso beverage production at OliveFinch Collective in Denver. This part-time non-exempt crew level three role focuses on delivering high-quality drinks and exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform all FOH Crew duties such as greeting guests and maintaining a clean dining area
- 2Execute Cashier tasks like ringing in orders and processing payments
- 3Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to recipes
- 4Operate espresso machines and grinders to ensure consistent quality
- 5Maintain coffee bar cleanliness and restock supplies
- 6Provide friendly service and answer menu questions
- 7Follow health safety protocols including proper milk handling
- 8Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to uphold brand standards
Requirements5
- 13-5 years barista experience with specialty coffee
- 2Certification such as CPC Card or AWS Certified relevant to beverage service
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- 5Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
