What You'll Do6
- 1Build and lead floral designs for large corporate events with a focus on quality and feasibility
- 2Coordinate on set design with floral design lead and production teams to ensure on time delivery
- 3Order floral supplies and manage inventory for events and studio needs
- 4Provide day to day support to floral design team and warehouse production team
- 5Assist with on site event setup and teardown ensuring safety and efficiency
- 6Adapt to changing requirements and learn quickly to meet deadlines
Requirements7
- 1Advanced knowledge of fresh floral product and design techniques and mechanics
- 25+ years experience leading floral design for events
- 33 years of event experience or equivalent
- 4Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- 5Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs
- 6Excellent time management and communication skills
- 7Flexible hours including weekends
