Requirements11
- 15+ years professional floral design experience preferably event wedding large-scale installations
- 2Proven ability to lead floral design from concept through execution
- 3Strong knowledge of floral mechanics seasonality stem performance sourcing substitutions processing installations event-day logistics
- 4Ability to price floral recipes labor hard goods freelance support installation needs accurately
- 5Demonstrated ability to manage floral orders vendor relationships production timelines quality control
- 6Experience leading training managing floral team members freelancers production support
- 7Strong client communication skills confident in sales conversations creative presentations vendor planner relationships
- 8Comfortable working independently managing priorities across sales design production department development
- 9Physical demands of event floral work lifting standing prolonged periods warehouse studio work weekend evening events
