What You'll Do8

  • 1Monitor active drone flights in real time using Prime Air monitoring systems, tracking flight paths and parameters.
  • 2Detect and respond to deviations from planned routes, coordinating with teams to implement immediate strategies.
  • 3Ensure all flights comply with FAA regulations and company safety policies, documenting any anomalies.
  • 4Prepare detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and anomalies for review by leadership.
  • 5Provide insights and feedback to support continuous operational improvement, focusing on safety and efficiency.
  • 6Maintain high attention to detail while making critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • 7Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including pilots and engineers.
  • 8Adhere to FAA Part 107 directives and Prime Air processes, upholding safety standards.

Requirements10

  • 1Hold a FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
  • 2Have a valid and active driver's license.
  • 3Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 4Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.
  • 5Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • 6Strong attention to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures.
  • 7Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and push/pull/squat/bend/reach frequently.
  • 8Flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 9Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • 10Knowledge of aviation terminology and regulations (preferred).
