What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct business impact assessments for Rates and FX trading platform replacements
- 2Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Asia Head Office U.S. Branch and Capital Markets units
- 3Manage project planning and delivery through all program phases
- 4Perform technical evaluations of data flows between front-middle-back office systems
- 5Develop documentation and communication strategies for global teams
- 6Analyze requirements for banking technology implementations
- 7Facilitate agile and waterfall methodology adoption across projects
- 8Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards
- 9Maintain proficiency in Excel for data analysis tasks
- 10Travel between client locations as needed
- 11Collaborate with Japanese financial institutions on system migrations
Requirements10
- 17+ years in banking technology or Capital Markets projects
- 2Strong experience with business analysis for banking applications
- 3Deep knowledge of Capital Markets products including Rates and FX
- 4Proven track record of impact assessments across multiple applications
- 5Ability to manage cross-cultural stakeholder relationships
- 6Excellent project management and coordination capabilities
- 7Business-level Japanese and English proficiency required
- 8Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 9Eligibility to relocate to New York metropolitan area
- 10Willingness to travel for client engagements
