What You'll Do7
- 1Build and manage program budgets, reports, and financial documentation for AFLCMC/ES programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- 3Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain precise financial records in CCaRS, CRIS, and WAWF.
- 4Generate division-level financial materials for audits, internal controls, and BER reviews to support leadership briefings.
- 5Prepare funding documents like Purchase Requests, MIPRs, and Project Orders per FM policy, maintaining complete audit trails.
- 6Support DoD exercises and simulations to assess financial readiness, delivering quick-turnaround funding drills and ad-hoc reports.
- 7Monitor and report on reimbursable programs, extracting data from financial systems and ensuring posting accuracy.
Requirements6
- 13+ years of financial management experience within the DoD sector, including FMS experience.
- 2Active Secret clearance and US citizenship.
- 3Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 4Experience with financial systems: CCaRS, CRIS, WAWF, and FM Suite.
- 5Knowledge of DoD acquisition requirements, budget formulation, and execution processes.
- 6Understanding of DoD contracting types, funding clauses, and financial analysis techniques.
