What You'll Do9

  • 1Maintain and update Acquisition Dashboard and ABC Dashboard weekly with procurement initiation documents and contract actions
  • 2Facilitate monthly Execution Review presentations of PIDs and dashboard data to the MxS Program Manager
  • 3Create or support new PIDs in PMT aligned with fiscal year spend plan and contract requirements
  • 4Provide training on PMT ABC Dashboard and procurement planning processes to MxS PMO personnel
  • 5Serve as guest instructor to Directorate of Acquisition and Affordability for Program Management 101 curriculum
  • 6Review and reconcile MIPRs and contract data within government systems to ensure accurate award status
  • 7Coordinate with Program Manager, Budget and Financial Management, and appropriation leads to meet reporting obligations
  • 8Monitor and manage acquisition data integrity across multiple functional teams
  • 9Prepare documents and brief senior leadership on program status and financial execution outcomes

Requirements9

  • 15+ years of DoD acquisition program management experience with focus on MIPRs and contract execution
  • 2Proven track record supporting F‑35 Joint Program Office or similar major DoD acquisition initiatives
  • 3Strong understanding of Procurement Initiation Documents PIDs and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests
  • 4Experience managing financial execution activities including budget tracking and contract funding actions
  • 5Ability to lead cross‑functional coordination between Program Managers, Budget and Financial Management, and appropriation leads
  • 6Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and government procurement dashboards
  • 7Secret security clearance or higher required at time of application
  • 8Minimum 4 years progressive experience with bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 9Demonstrated ability to deliver results in high‑security environments with hybrid work arrangements
