What You'll Do10

  • 1Build PowerPoint charts and reports from ACPS, ABSS, FMSuite, and CIDS data to track contract milestones and status.
  • 2Lead contract close-out activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and archived per DoD regulations.
  • 3Produce contract and modification documents using ConWrite and distribute them to stakeholders.
  • 4Coordinate with DFAS on payment issues and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
  • 5Collect and analyze data for audits and report requests, delivering accurate insights within deadlines.
  • 6Train junior staff on contracting processes and database usage to improve team efficiency.
  • 7Track contract milestones and deliverables, alerting program managers to potential risks.
  • 8Support price/cost evaluations by compiling and analyzing cost data from FPDS-NG and EDA.
  • 9Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel to manage contract metrics and performance.
  • 10Retrieve and distribute acquisition documentation, ensuring all records are accessible.

Requirements7

  • 1U.S. Citizenship required due to customer sensitivity.
  • 2High School Diploma plus 16 years of contracting experience, with 5 years in DoD, or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience, all in DoD.
  • 3Adjudicated DoD Secret security clearance on first day.
  • 4Knowledge of ConWrite, FedBizOps, EDA, FPDS-NG, and AF Data Services.
  • 5Experience with contract close-out and document preparation.
  • 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
  • 7Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances.
