Overview
You will own profitability analysis and financial planning across multiple business segments at Toyota Material Handling, a leader in forklift manufacturing. What You'll Do6
- 1Lead profitability planning and analysis across multiple business segments, delivering actionable insights that shape strategic growth initiatives.
- 2Drive expense planning and departmental spend analysis, identifying cost trends and opportunities for SAP optimization.
- 3Develop timely and accurate financial reports for business unit decision-making, integrating data from Excel and SAP.
- 4Support the annual financial plan and forecasting process, collaborating with operations and supply chain teams.
- 5Prepare monthly financial reports and executive presentations with clear narrative and visuals.
- 6Analyze operational performance to pinpoint cost drivers, enabling data-informed decisions on production and distribution.
Requirements6
- 15-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning within manufacturing or CPG operations.
- 4Strong communication skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- 5Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- 6Professional certification such as CPA or CFA preferred.
