What You'll Do10

  • 1Build client relationships and lead conversations to uncover needs and opportunities
  • 2Close new client engagements through the full onboarding and planning process
  • 3Drive client acquisition through marketing campaigns and high-quality meetings
  • 4Deliver financial and retirement planning strategies that align with client goals
  • 5Maintain accuracy and compliance in client records and documentation
  • 6Collaborate with the team to scale client growth and service quality
  • 7Track progress toward closing targets and contribute to revenue goals
  • 8Educate clients on investment and risk management options
  • 9Report outcomes and adjust plans to meet client milestones
  • 10Mentor junior advisors on process and best practices

Requirements10

  • 1Series 65 or 66 license is a must
  • 2Experience meeting with clients and completing the new client process
  • 3Proven closing results in a wealth management or financial advisory role
  • 4Fantastic marketing campaigns produce unlimited appointments and a track record of conversions
  • 5Demonstrated ability to accelerate career growth and deliver client outcomes
  • 6Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
  • 7HQ Plano, TX based with on-site and remote office locations
  • 8Ability to work in Dallas, TX and surrounding markets
  • 9Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and top-producer mentality
  • 10Must be able to start and maintain compliance with firm policies
