What You'll Do11
- 1Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals using brokerage products like stocks bonds mutual funds annuities and banking solutions
- 2Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client objectives
- 3Triages client requests and refers appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds
- 4Mitigates risk through daily operational practices
- 5Identifies new clients via referrals or existing clientele
- 6Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs
- 7Maintains compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements for residential mortgage loans
- 8Completes necessary licenses and trainings to expand expertise
- 9Sets ambitious goals and achieves them through focused execution
- 10Builds strong relationships and collaborates across teams
- 11Communicates confidently with clients and stakeholders
Requirements10
- 1Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses with option to extend with passing score for missing series within 60 days
- 2Minimum one year investment industry experience including training and product knowledge
- 3One year financial services or sales experience with proven goal achievement
- 4Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
- 5Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- 6Thorough approach to regulatory due diligence integration
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Experience with client management advisory systems and issue resolution
- 9Knowledge of policies procedures and guidelines
- 10Skills in account management customer focus and written communication
