Private Client Advisor II, Wealth Management
Overview
You will acquire new clients and deepen relationships for Bank of America Private Bank, targeting $3MM+ investable assets per client. You will lead the Client Management Process, partnering with specialists across the bank to deliver a branded client experience. This role sits within a collaborative team in Houston, with access to comprehensive wealth solutions. You will own business development from sourcing to closing, and you will be a trusted advisor for high-net-worth clients.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the Client Management Process to identify and close new business with high-net-worth clients.
- 2Source new clients in alignment with the bank's risk appetite, leveraging your network and centers of influence.
- 3Develop a deep understanding of client wealth strategies, adapting to changing needs and market conditions.
- 4Advocate for clients as their trusted advisor, recommending wealth structuring, credit, and banking solutions.
- 5Encourage adoption of digital banking tools to enhance client experience and streamline service.
- 6Build relationships with internal partners and external centers of influence to expand your referral network.
- 7Drive retention by delivering consistent, high-touch service and proactive engagement.
Requirements8
- 112+ years in private banking or complex financial services.
- 2Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain within 90 days of start.
- 3Proven ability to drive business development for clients with $3MM+ investable assets.
- 4Skilled in presenting holistic solutions using the full Private Bank platform.
- 5Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high-touch, client-focused approach.
- 6Ability to influence and close business, with a strong sales and financial aptitude.
- 7Skilled negotiator with the ability to identify and engage team specialists as needed.
- 8Leadership presence within the team and the business community.
