Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional investment solutions for high net worth investors. You will design and oversee customized investment strategies while managing complex portfolios across multiple asset classes. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute comprehensive investment strategies for HNW clients
- 2Select optimal investment vehicles including traditional assets and alternatives
- 3Develop and recommend tailored investment approaches aligned with client objectives
- 4Collaborate with client teams to communicate investment philosophy and cultural fit
- 5Conduct regular performance reviews and market analyses to guide strategy adjustments
- 6Execute trades and maintain investment action plans to meet client goals
- 7Perform regulatory 9 investment reviews and document all account activities
- 8Support revenue growth initiatives through targeted client acquisition and retention
- 9Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment
- 10Oversee portfolio management operations including cash positioning and overdraft monitoring
- 11Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales and client service teams
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 10-15 years investment decision-making experience with HNW/UHNW clients
- 2Proven track record managing discretionary portfolios exceeding $1 million
- 3Demonstrated expertise in SEC regulations and fiduciary standards
- 4Advanced degrees in finance accounting economics or equivalent professional experience
- 5Certifications including CFA or CFP preferred
- 6Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in complex transactions
- 7Excellent client relationship management skills with proven consultative approach
- 8Experience in wealth management private banking or trust services
- 9Ability to lead teams and provide technical guidance to junior staff
- 10High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated professional competence

Salary Insight
$136 - $275k per year
