- 1Lead the Client Process Management Process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities
- 2Sources new clients in alignment with the bank`s established risk appetite
- 3Leads the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a Branded Client Experience
- 4Develops an in-depth understanding of clients` needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy
- 5Advocates for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations
- 6Encourages use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience
- 7Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence
- 8Requires Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- 912+ years of private banking experience
- 10Ability to drive new business development for target client segment
- 11Presents a holistic approach leveraging the entire Private Bank platform
