What You'll Do4
- 1Evaluate the quality of finance related outputs and identify gaps in reasoning or unsupported conclusions
- 2Create clear instruction specifications and develop gold standard solutions for financial problems
- 3Design challenging finance-specific tasks and evaluation datasets in collaboration with research teams
- 4Maintain consistent standards by calibrating criteria with researchers and translating tacit financial judgment into explicit guidelines
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 5 years of focused finance experience at a reputable institution such as an investment bank, asset manager, PE or credit fund, Big Four, or regulatory body
- 2Deep expertise in at least one core finance area such as FP&A, M&A, asset management, private equity, risk management, treasury, or accounting and audit
- 3Senior level track record with ownership of analysis or leadership responsibilities (e.g., VP, Director, Portfolio Manager, Controller)
- 4Advanced degree (MBA or MS/PhD) in finance or a quantitative field and professional credentials like CFA or CPA are highly preferred
- 5Hands-on experience with large language models in professional work and strong judgment to distinguish solid reasoning from plausible sounding errors
