What You'll Do5
- 1Collaborate with research and engineering teams to identify and close gaps in financial reasoning, analysis, and decision-making workflows.

- 3Score AI-generated responses against detailed rubrics and deliver clear written feedback on accuracy, logic, and overall reasoning quality.
- 4Help build and continuously refine the scoring guidelines and rubrics used specifically for finance-related model evaluation.
- 5Coordinate with other subject-matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy across training data and evaluation standards.
Requirements5
- 18+ years of hands-on professional finance experience at a top-tier firm (e.g., investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, or financial advisory).
- 2Must have prior experience evaluating AI or LLM outputs using rubrics or structured scoring systems — please describe this experience in your application.
- 3Clear career progression, such as moving from analyst to associate to VP or director level.
- 4Ability to commit to at least 35 hours per week during weekday business hours.
- 5Strong written and verbal communication, plus excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
