Overview
The Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist role reports to the Client Services Supervisor and focuses on backfill coverage across multiple locations. This position ensures continuous customer service by providing flexible support and immediate assistance for scheduled or unscheduled call-outs. It represents a critical role in maintaining service level agreements and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do11
- 1Mail Services Process inbound and outbound mail using manual or electronic chain of custody procedures
- 2Perform shipping and receiving duties including packaging and sealing shipments
- 3Assist with copy/print production and monitor equipment functionality
- 4Provide binding services such as GBC coil and wire options
- 5Maintain office cleanliness and organize conference rooms
- 6Manage front of house reception and concierge services
- 7Answer global calls and coordinate with building security
- 8Oversee inventory of office supplies and replenish stock
- 9Maintain lobby concierge experience and handle visitor registrations
- 10Log visitors and manage access levels for clients
- 11Provide light administrative support as directed
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma required with 2+ years prior experience preferred
- 2Ability to lift 25 lbs individually and 50 lbs with assistance
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service expertise
- 4Proficiency in MS Office Suite and multi-functional device operation
- 5Physical stamina for standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
- 6Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and attention to detail
- 7Travel capability within assigned region for site assignments
- 8Familiarity with MFD equipment and color calibration requirements
- 9Commitment to professionalism and maintaining positive client interactions
- 10Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules
